For Visitors 

The Caltech Libraries are open to visitors needing access to our collections from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  You're welcome to come use our materials during those hours. Members of the Caltech community are, with a few exceptions, the only people able to borrow our materials, use our computers for Internet access, and use our facilities at other hours.  For more information see the Borrowing Privileges.

Due to our licensing agreements, we can't offer off-campus access to electronic resources to anyone besides current Caltech faculty, students and staff.  Many of these resources can be used by visitors on the computers in our libraries.

Members of the Alumni Association are eligible to borrow materials from the libraries. Simply take your alumni association card to the Circulation desk at Millikan and sign up for library access.
